Guys, what happens when you stare at women?

I noticed that this happens with women around my age but not with ones that look older. If they’re older they’ll look back.

Sorry for another one of these questions but Im curious. In instances where you make eye contact, what is their typical reaction. Do they look back at you or do they ignore you?

Most look up or down (which means they are not giving an invitation to talk), but some will look down and to the right (this means they like you; and are showing submissiveness, vulnerability). Some will smile and/or wink. I get shown a significant amount of interest on the street, but I am not capable of turning this into anything substantial like dates, etc.

Over here is kind of a game. They either smile or sustain the stare. Whoever blinks first loses.

It is a game and if they don't smile the first one to look away loses but it does not work that way with other men. Even if they smile the first one to look away probably loses (I'm rusty here).

If you stare at them too much, some of them will avoid you without a greet or facial expressions because they think that you are having a bad thought about them.
