Yeah, of course they can happen. Thing is though, they tend to be commited very disproportianately by the muslims. After they shut their mouths, open a kebab store and that's it, that's a different story. But if they are killing Europeans while souting Allahu Akhbar or whatever shit like, they deserve to be shot in the head by a police officer. Or better yet, shove them to a cell for the rest of their lifes. Far more severe.

This whole thing just proves that multiculturalism is a guaranteed failure. This doesn't only happen with Muslims. But all non-Europeans in France.
