They are hooligans, they are fighting for the pride at the end of the fight they all shake hands and go back home. This is called "Ustawka" a very common thing amongst Hooligans in Europe especially in Poland, Russia, Czech Republic, Ukraine and also Scandinavia, not so common in Balkan or in other countries where they have more "Ultras" mentality or even if there are some hooligans, they do not organize fights unlike those countries mentioned above. Because anyway Italians or Balkans will not respect rules and will use weapons... As far as i know there are even some hooligans groups in Scandinavia who don't even go to stadium to suport their team but prefer to organize fights in the wodd like that and they only indentify themselves under a football club from their city.

They have rules :

-No weapons
-No fight someone on the floor
-Accept the defeat.
