    Default 🌞 Morning people - give me advice?

    I am trying to go for a jog immediately after getting out of bed, but I can't find motivation to do anything until hours later (3:00pm ish). Immediately after waking I comfortably drink my coffee, read some news, watch a tutorial on youtube etc.
    Do you have any advice on how to get it done early rather than waiting later? Just do it?

    Force yourself to do it immediately. Once you do it for a week the body itself will adjust to the routine and ask you for it.

    It would also help a lot if you did it while listening to a particular fave playlist of yours, or even a podcast.

    I agree with forcing yourself to do it.
    The longer you sit and wait around to get something done, the less likely you’re gonna do it.

    I also have to write and plan my day out. Having a routine really helps for me.

    You need to set goals and learn to enjoy it. Without those, it will always be difficult to motivate yourself and make it part of your routine.

    I don't listen to music or take electronic devices with me when exercising. (only on the x-trainer ) I'm more focused on missing the pavement slab cracks and cuts. You can't stand on those...

    Agreed. I can't help but judge people who listen to airpods when exercising. It seems 90% of people do it.
    For me running is like a meditation and I try to unplug for the stimulation, not put in more.

    To me what works for weight training is to drink the pre workout drink, then i have to do the training bc it rises my pulse etc and i feel i have too much energy. And its too expensive to drink that and not do anything after
    But if you are not a trained runner its probably not the best idea, before cardio they dont recommend it
