    There is no "master hint". Try to make it routine, turn on remainder on your phone and be vigilant for a month or so, and then it will become a habit.

    When I was a gym shark I'd take c4 but it had tooo much caffeine in it. I'm trying to get the will-power naturally. Besides I feel you can crash with caffeine later in the day.

    I will jog in winter with thin layers of clothing and get the same effect. It's actually better because you are forced to run to warm up and start sweating or you freeze.
