Currently, it probably relies on Russians. Perhaps some British and German. I don't think it will make vacations cheaper because tourism industry works with Euro, so it's fixed price always. Maybe some street food and kebabs become a little bit more affordable, but alcohol prices neutralize this.
Despite political situation, in recent years tourist numbers were crazy, and even countries like Norway, Iceland, Australia doubled or tripled their tourists every year. In Russia, Turkey is very popular for some reason that i don't know, people go to Ibiza and leave it for a longer period of vacation in Antalya. I personally don't like Russian tourists but they're allright.
