Does anyone else get into this maniacal frenzied mode of flinging insults and saying dumb shit?

Sometimes. Like I don't even care if anything I'm saying if mean or makes no sense or insults myself etc. It's just about a weird sense of fun. Then I get out of this feeling and regret it instantly and feel embarrassed for a few days. I have done this a lot. A lot of the time it's being rude for no reason.

What could the cause of this be?

No. But i feel down next day after i get drunk regretting for feeling happy or perhaps maybe i talked to much or too loud but weirdly people like me a lot more when i get drunk so they they expect me to be this social guy they met the night or the week before.

I do it sometimes with my friends, but its like a tongue in cheek thing, I suppose? Like we all just start saying the absurd, stupid crap about each other for no reason and find it hilarious.
