There are many other capital what is far away from centre, it doesn't matter. Wien has more historical right to became capital of Germany. If austrians would have won at Königgrätz Berlin will never be capital.

This would certainly trigger World War 3 (not caused by us).

Something like that because the Dutch , in the very least, would fight tooth and nail against it. Anyway, maybe China shows this is not as important to modern warfare strategy but I don't see how it is possible without nukes as a deterrent as France, UK and Russia have nukes.
