Seems that way to me. There is no genetic difference.

Yes I think the Persian language only really spread through urban population. Northwest-Iranic languages actually were more common in the rural northern parts.

Now if that does make Kurds just nomadic Persians I don't know. I'm just going to say they are the same ethnically speaking.

On the surface generally yes but on a deeper level Kurds have more Parthian (Sarmatian/Saka) and steppe and Persians more Elamite and S Asian shift. This is in general terms there’s always exceptions. Formal stats also shows a more Turcomen shift for Kurds in general. This is reflected in the Scythian paper. If you look at the charts on pages 13-17 you’ll notice that Kurds are one of the few Iranics who have ancestry from both western and eastern scythians and with almost 100% certainty. Some of this is reflected in phenotypes also

Kurds and Persians are not genetically the same but they are similar. The closest genetic relatives to Kurds are Azeris and Talysh (i.e north west Iranic speakers) followed by Persians.

Also many Persians are not originally Persian (i.e from Fars). E.g Persians from Hamadan are more likely to be Azeri/Kurd shifted due to their Median heritage.

No they don't. Stop insulting Kurds just because of your own racial misery.

I think Kurds are more homogenous than Persians, if we consider the Afghan Tajiks etc as Persians.

Kurds culturally have more mesopotamina influence they have dances similar to Assyrians Arabs and Armenians than to Persians. I've not seen Persians do circle dances or Iranians generally except Kurds

With all respect to my Persian friends, it is insulting because for years the Kurdish identity has been denied and we've been reduced to being "mountain Turks" or "nomad Persians" or "ummayad Arabs".

Same rhetoric is followed by some people on this forum who don't realise how much damage this can do to a nation. Or perhaps they do it deliberately. Within a few generations, Kurds will be no more.

Yes dependant on the Kurdish groups. Some Kurds from Iran have less to zero Mesopotamian influence. Yazidis too have less from what I have seen.
