I still wear all the same stuff I wore in middle school lmao, Ben Davis, Carhartt, Dickies, Addidas,Fred Perry, Lonsdale, Doc Marten's style boots (Docs are crap though, they are made in China).

Do we have a good quality boot made here in America?

There is a guy who has a company in Colorado (Wiggy's), he used to sell a boot, I believe it was sourced in the US, he just added his insulation to it.

Justin is fairly decent, but I think they use internationally sourced materials. I used to wear them when I worked outside; they held up pretty good for the extreme stress I put them through.

He should check out Grinders, they are made in the UK, Docs has been made in China since like 2006 or so unfortunately. They may still be good quality. Grinders imo are more comfortable and easy to break in than even the Docs they made in England.

yeah I agree. you can be low maintenance without looking scruffy and unkept. To me it's more so not dressing over the top.

I checked and Wiggy's are made using 100% US leather, not sure about the sole. But I will say that all the insulated clothing and sleeping bags he sells are 100% US sourced materials, assembled in his factory. Seems he is discontinuing his boots:

Same here. I don't dress shabby but sufficiently, i'm low maintenance by all means. My brother spends hundreds on aftershave, jewellery, shoes, jackets etc which I find pointless
