Honestly I find that so stupid, and I’ve never understood why women need validation from their friends. It’s not like they’re the one going for the guy.

i used to see girls slag off young men to the girl the lad was interested in (often about their appearance) ..right in front of the lad's face !!

To make matters worse, that girls female friends may not even have her interests in mind. If they’re jealous that she was approached by a particular guy and they weren’t, there’s a high chance she will not approve just out of envy.

Yes I saw this happening at a store once, this attractive Balkan/East Euro girl was at the cash register and an ugly white girl was working alongside her. A young good looking guy came up and started speaking the same language to her and gave her his number before he left. Once he left the white girl came and told the other girl to delete his number for some vague reason.

i've been told by many people that i have an rbf so i think that's why i never really get approached, especially when i'm alone. i also don't have a very flirty personality and i think that's a factor as well

You all shot yourself in the foot with the whole "METOO" movement so don't be surprised if cold approaches stop dramatically.
They were big in the early 2010's when I was doing PUA stuff. You could literally randomly approach a girl at Target and it wouldn't be "weird" like today.
