The options chosen are places where Western men often travel to find a wife.

Personally, I like Thailand because their dominant religion is Buddhism with strong Hindu influences. I also like that in their culture, they have a phenomenon known as Miya Noi which means "Second wife" where the main wife will allow her husband to take a mistress to take care of the sexual aspect when the main wife is too tired. It is possible to pay to obtain permanent resident status there where one gets a lifetime visa that doesn't need to be renewed.
