A good way to tell if you’re fat

Grow a beard and keep it for a month. Then cut it off. If you are shocked at how fat your face looks, you know you need to drop some pounds. We tend to acclimate to changes in our body so we don’t notice ourselves getting fatter.

This is exactly what happened to me by coincidence. I decided to grow a beard some time during the quarantine in summer and after about a month I shaved it all off. I was baffled at how bloated I looked so I immediately went to work in trying to lose the weight I gained during lockdown.

I'm naturally not fat. The tinker nobility is currently poisoning me via the state and quack doctor because I'm Pen Draco Insularis (Pendragon aka Draco Sentien).The poison makes me overweight. I'm currently trying to think myself out of trap before the poison kills me. I have initiated the first step in my teneuous overall not thought out plan but it was a first good step.
