i think because your features are so gracile imo, you need to work on losing weight first. i liked your pfp with the glasses and i think glasses are a good look for you.
what is your ideal weight supposed to be? are you calorie counting?
my goal weight is 85. i’m currently at 95, and i’m 181. it’s going to be harder for me this time of year since we have thanksgiving and christmas coming up, but i used to be 124 a couple months ago, and now i’m not lol.
i’ve made sure to calorie count( my dietitian wanted me to do 2400, but i put the goal for 1500 and try to stick around 1200 daily), as well as measure out my food properly. i’m keeping track of what i eat through an app called my fitness pal. i’m going to start lifting soon because why not. i just bought some new clothes recently because i’m down to size 12 clothing for the first time in many years, and i feel happy about that. i also know it’s just the start and i want to keep on working towards my goal.
i know you have written you feel guilty when you eat certain foods and know that’s why you gain weight. i would say if you’re measuring your calories, as long as it fits in your calorie intake, you should be fine. i would recommend this for you. there are a lot of other people here that know more about this topic than i do and can probably discuss it in detail with you.

You need to work on your looks where you can.
Lose weight, exercise. Find a hobby or some kind of craft you master yourself at.
Never put her on a pedestal. You're always more important then her. Be the star of your own movie. Don't let others take that from you.
And you need to a bit wittty from time to time. Be funny, say what she wants to hear. Especially when shes down. And she'll call for you. Manipulative? Maybe but chicks will do the same to you if they loseinterests in you. They'll keep you in orbit and friend zone. Don't talk to you for like 3 months then want to hook up. They're a headache. So just if you manage to get sum one day. Never invest yourself in her.
