Serbia, Russia also has quite an obvious economic influence in the country, especially in Belgrade. Some said Bulgaria, but I remember meeting a lot of anti Russian people there. Maybe it has to do with some people hating the former USSR.

Slovakia has been anti russian after fall of communism. But later on people are starting to see bad sides of west and people started to like Russia again, especially because of Putin.
