I’d say Cuba. They were a Spanish colony until 1898 and might have the largest population of people that are close to 100% Spanish percentage-wise

Mexico no, before the Independence of Latin American countries It was Mexico and Cuba that attract the most Spaniards.
Your white mexican Is Castizo 70-80% Euro at the most .15-17 of Mexico population. You only find 80% Euro people In small towns who don't surpass the 50-100 K Inhabitants.
