i have weirdly small teeth, so i make sure to buy a toothbrush with soft bristles and apply enough pressure and toothpaste to remove sediment and clean the surface, but not so hard that my toothbrush loses its shape after consistent use.

also, flossing regularly helps as well.

We must pay attention because the movement direction is important too.
I posted it because people usually don’t give a hoot about do your teeth (I'm included).
