I knew an Indian who did that. He also had bad exczema and was basically a punching bag and bullied to no end. Even I took some subway tokens off him a few times.

yes, highschool. I think he was closeted. He was Indo Caribbean and was bullied hard. His book bag was thrown off some bluffs during a school outing. He had platinum blond hair, to look like "eminem" but was almost as dark as me, lol

Why not? To me it doesnt look weird on indians or blacks though. It looks "extraterestrial" though, weird in a badass way. I think the guy who was Blade the Vampire Hunter also had a few times platinum Blonde hair and it looked badass.
