As i said, i have depressive psychosis, i did not realize it was that, i just knew something was wrong with me because i had crazy mood swings and actual desires to hurt others, plus random sudden crying bursts, and deep sadness with a void feeling plus tons of fears taken out of proportion.

No, you're just a healthy woman with a moon cycle (menstrual cycle as they call it in the west). A woman's mood isn't supposed to be consistent, she swings all over the place like a hysteric. Especially when it's Progesterone week she is absolutely psychotic. You're normal.

I still have all of those, and i did learn to live with them, but if i some day start crying out of nowhere and i turn on all the lights in the house and dont move from where i am for hours, its not bc im trying to play victim, but because its real and i cant help it, i can try to curb it sometimes when i see it coming or distract myself, but it doesnt always work.

Plus, medicine isnt always the best solution either. Of course, though, everyone has to take responsibility despite their issues, bc i dont believe anyone is 100% healthy (mentally or physically)

Moving back to topic, I do like it how in this forum that, despite most people being quite far removed from me politically, most of the time we can have intelligent and deep conversations and can usually act on the premise that people will have a decent knowledge of geography and history.
