I still dont understand how eye color works, since everywhere i get that blue eyes were the most possible thing i would be getting, even tho my mom and Maternal grandparents none of them had blue eyes so.

I wouldnt know what to say. I always thought 1 blue eyed parent, 1 brown eyed parent, equals to a most likely brown eyed kid.

Dominant and recessive genes. The percentage depends on if the brown eyed parent has 2 dominant genes or 1 dominant and 1 recessive.

Because they carried a recessive trait. It happens more than you think, especially in Latino populations

thats just so weird bc on my genetic results i got TWO for blue eyes, so im guessing my kids would have a high chance of blue eyes too lol

You have to have two recessive traits to have blue eyes.

If your husband has blue eyes, yes.
If your husband has brown eyes it would be a 25-50% chance of having blue depending on if he has both dominant or one recessive trait.

i have two recessive traits, according to the 23andme results i had a VERY low chance of anything but blue lol
