I am 28, almost 29 years old but I feel like my facial hair didn’t complete its development yet. For example, I still cannot grow full-beard and still feel like number of hair on my face will increase. Till what age do facial hair continue to develop?

It depends on one's genetics. There's no universal law to that. Some people never grow a 'full beard'. I know someone 35 years old and he only has a pedostache.

If you're willing to stand the side effects use minoxidil (which I believe is available in India) on your face. It definitely works especially for people who can grow at least some facial hair

Yes, it might be an option but I guess a male is still in his development phase when he is 28/29.

Men develop more androgenic hair with age and your beard will probably fill out more with time. How long that takes though is overwhelmingly dependent on your genetics unless you want to speed up the process with minoxidil based treatments
