It really used to disgust me when women would drunkenly make out to "impress" some jocks. Phony display of sexuality just so that they get rewarded with some attention or validation from the Alpha Male... literally made me wonder what lengths women would go to validate Jocks and Alphas? Yes, in my college days circa 2007

Both extremely attractive women, both hetero...both trying to be "sexy" towards the same jock.

I theorized the impetus to be with an alpha male outweighed primal 'sexual' blueprints in young women. If the most alpha males in the world gathered round and announced they have a thing for women eating shit, alot of women will actually eat shit infront of them, in an attempt to win over said alpha males...then cry to the male friend "he humiliates me all the time" etc.
