I guess stop smoking and losing weight thats certain. But anything else? My mum told me a spoon of honey every morning. Is that true? I have really terrible lung capacity and health.

My ex had Asthma, so, he uses an inhaler ofcourse, and did excersises in breathing techniques, eating nuts should be good to, (not sure why?), eating healthier food (limit junkfood)...and body excersing (for example; use a bicycle instead of a car, or city-bus)...Not use a car for a couple of weeks and you'll see difference. Modern-man thinks he cant live without a car, which obviously isnt tru...Esp. in big city, moving with bicycle is reconmended; its healthie, cheaper, and quicker)

I was getting overweight so I started walking. Stopped using my jeep and motorcycle. I walk 6 km to my office from home. I usually walk around 10 Km a day and do not get even slightly tired. If needed I can walk upto 40/50 Km a day.

Always searching for the easier ways? Start walking or running daily, you don't work so why don't you do something?

Smoking will literally destroy your lungs.
    Spoiler!

Doing some simple physical exercises and walking outside every morning helps to improve the breath and circulatory system.
