Why is it being taken down in the first place? Who is taking it down? On firefox I got the message "This site has been suspended, the owner has been notified". Is this just a billing problem or something or did the hosting service provider knock the site offline?

Nah it's pretty good. Not only in the primary purpose of the site but also it's large reference list of relevant articles you can't easily come across elsewhere all in one ploace. Why would it be "suspended" though?

I find it poor. As far as I know maker is a German and he had problems with authorities for racist allegations or other lunatic stuff. He complained years ago site was taken down, maybe now it's same reason.
