I'd say they are about equal in this regard. Both populations also went through a series of bottlenecks. There is also a number alleles that are highly specific to both, or much more rare or common than outside of the group. For instance Cystic Fibrosis is extraordinarily rare among Finns, whereas one of there more common genetic diseases among the other ethnic groups.

About as equal or finns more. Ashkenazis already can blend in the ethnicity of the respective country they have settled for more than one hundred years, some finns just look asian.

I don't think their unique look is because they look Asian, because it's a minority of them who exhibit those features.

Ashkenazi Jews are diverse but there is a lot of them with an unmistakable look to them. And this is what makes them peculiar.
