Default If Byzantine and Roman settlers, Crusaders, Persians, Ottomans never arrived in Levant

If Byzantine and Roman settlers, Crusaders, Persians, Ottomans never arrived in Levant, the Levant would have been Peninsular Arabian-like, genetically speaking. Right?

No. Ancient Canaanite DNA was similar to modern Lebanese.

All of them left little to no genetic impact, its rather saudi arabia which would be more "levantine like" without its present ssa admixture

Probably close to Samaritans based on G25
Although even those have varying amounts of Med and Anatolian ancestry

Okay but Levantines have minor Steppe while peninsular Arabians almost lack Steppe?

There is no SSA in Saudi Arabia, unlike Levant which has a bit. Bedouins also score no SSA.

Yeah the Arabs from what is today Saudi Arabia brought about 10-20% of their genes, otherwise Levantines are the same as ancient Cannanites/Phoenicians. Romans and crusaders contributed very little. Maybe 5% each.

Nope. The Levant became Samaritan/Levantine Christian-like sometime during the Early Bronze Age.
