Its hard to determine the exact numbers by each group but there are general categories

Forward castes - 30% - generally include the Brahmins, Kshatiryas, and most Vaishya groups. Brahmins are 5%, rest kshatriyas/vaishyas are 25%.
OBCs - 41% - Shudras and some Vaishyas
    SCs - 20% - Dalits (untouchables)
STs - 9% - Tribals (they are not part of the caste system at all and are known as adivasis, meaning indigenous people. many northeast indians, central and south indian tribals groups fall in this category)

R1a is spread across every caste in those groups. Some castes and tribals have high R1a percent which shows rapid dispersal of the movement.

The oldest substrate were D and C 55k ybp which is present only among the Andaman tribals very low numbers

The next group were F and H1/H2/H3 present among the majority of middle castes, low castes, farming tribals some high castes probably came around 20k-13k ybp. These groups probably had some ancient kind of agriculture which the tribals still practice today. These people probably mixed with Austroasictics O2/O3 who where rice cultivators and metal workers to introduce those into South Asia.

Then you have some neolithic people like J2a, J2b, T1 R2 etc.. which are small in number but merged into the existing groups. These are present in tribals as well and some of the castes

Early bronze age saw some of the L1 and R2 coming as separate groups

The MLBA group of R1a around 1500bc was a big movement due to climate change that came in when the Harappan civilization (IVC) was going down due to dry weather. There was new complex civilization called Vedic civilization that started when these people mixed with the F/H1/H2/H3 and J2 groups.

There was thorough mixing during the Iron Age vedic period so every group has most of these haplogroups
