Who are the douchiest and friendliest Europeans?

Tell me based from your experiences. I have for the most part had nice experiences.
Friendliest I would say have been the Dutch, Italians, Spaniards, and French. Most people say the French are very rude and make it out like they have sticks up their asses or something, but I found Parisians to be rather friendly.
As for the douchiest, I met a German couple in their 30s or so while I was visiting Hawaii, and the German lady said she disliked American culture and America, complaining that racism was too rampant in the country. She then went on a rant about Mexican immigrants in the US, saying there were too many of them. Her husband however, was literally the embodiment of the cold and distant german sterotype.
There was a black man who was taking photos of everyone on the cruise to take home as souvenirs, and when he asked her for permission to take a photo, she simply pretended he wasnt there and after he tried to explain who he was, and asked her again if a photo was okay with her, she sternly replied without even looking at him that she had her own photos. She was rather friendly to my mother and I, as well as to the others on the cruise, but was only rather rude to the black guy. Dont know if Germans look down on blacks but she was for the most part nice to us.


TL,DR, Dutch, Italians, Spaniards, and French seem to be rather friendly, Germans are somewhat the opposite. What do you think?

The French are alright you just have to make a basic attempt to speak the language and not dress like a slob and unfortunately most Americans don't meet those criteria but I'm sophisticated because I'm from New York :

"Bonjour/Bonsoir monsieur/mademoiselle, je regrette mais je suis pas parler français voulez-vous parlez Anglais avec mois ?"

Exactly. French people respect you 100x more if you make an attempt to communicate in French even if it's a poor one, many people just attribute bad reception to being a foreigner

Douchy- Croats, Herzegovina Croats, American Croats, Austrians, Czechs, Romanians, Bosniaks from Herzegovina
Friendly - Hungarians, Bosniaks from Bosnia, English, white Americans, Spaniards
Neutral - US Latinos, African Americans, Italians, Irish, Germans, Slovenians, French, Bosnian Serbs, East Asians, Russians

Friendliest: Texans by far. People in Colorado seem fairly nice.

Douchiest: Californian's and Floridians.. New Yorkers are known for being assholes but they're the kind of assholes I like.. they're just blunt.

Basing on experiences on forum(I've never been abroad and I don't talk with migrants in here so I can base only on it) I would say the friendliest one are Portuguese members. I can't pinpoint the douchiest though

I've been all over western and central Europe, but I wouldn't really describe any country of people as friendly or douchey. People are just people no matter where you go in my experience.

And Douchiest: Czechs, I just spent one week there and :
They kicked us out of a shop when we entered, I dont know why. We bought a souvenir from a shop, then we went to another shop that had similar souvenirs and the owner kicked us out because he thought we had stolen it
In one village we were walking and some teenagers were saying "you are fucking slow" Wtf
In a bar we tried to communicate with the waitress in English, but she didn't know English and when we tried to translate through google, she slapped my friends hand and we drank for free
We were also in a supermarket and some girls were there and when they saw us they turned around and went the other way lol

In real life the friendliest non German Europeans which i met were English, Albanians, Bosnians and Hungarian. Most Germans which i know are nice too, obviously like other people there are unappealing and nice guys.
