Yes, I believe this is how all central asians should have looked like, if there was no reduced mongoloid component or wasn't so widespread.

He looks quite upper paleolithic, like Izzat iraqi general. He could be classified as taurid + "CM", or archaic caucasoid mix. Of course his phenotype would evolve to look sort of taurid since he lives at high altitudes, on a plateau.

Not quite, but you are getting closer. This group of people isn't brought too much in discussion on anthroforums, or they never got mentioned, till now. But if someone was active on anthroschep he would know, the ethnicity name was mentioned there right before the deactivation.
