I thought she might be part Anglo, but she's fully Mexican based on the comments she probably used a fake name due to privacy concerns.

Maybe can pass as Hapa (Half Asian) or Central Asian but Im not sure especially for the second option.

Not really looks too Caucasoid. Maybe as a Philipina who is predominantly Spaniard at like 75% Euro.

Not really but that might be genetic fluke, she looks more European. I've seen a number of Northern Mexicans that can pass as hapa with Amerindian influence. They are among the most attractive Mexican women IMO.

Yes. If she's in Manila or Cebu, people would talk to her in Tagalog or Cebuano. She looks just Asian-mixed enough. She would fit in with the type of Filipino in this video
