his hair is medium brown- but his hair colour is not decisive anyway. He is certainly not more Anglo Saxon than North Atlantid. if he would be truly Anglo Saxon- he would be Danish or Dutch looking. Also not robust enough for it.
Anglo Saxon is kinda over-used as a term anyway- can be repleaced by Nordid+ Faelid, Troender etc.
