i dont think he looks Albanian either - he could pass in some areas of SE Europe maybe. He looks gracilzed MI with Pamirid influences and therefor lighter skinned. I dont know where he passes best, but i guess somewhere between the corridor of iran, Central Asia and North india/Nepal.

yeah agree he has Indid but I don't think he has Pamirid feature. Pamirid is kinda Armenoid -Dinaroid form like this man below which the OP boy lacks?

This guy looks just dinarized Irano - Nordoid, Pamirid has visible Turanid influences

Apart from the eyes and ears, he looks like he'd fit in as "generically European", can't quite place him in any particular region but as an amalgamation of types native to the region.
Doesn't look Arab, no SSA or Semitic signifiers.
