What are some signs that you are uglier than you realize?
Do you get treated differently if you are ugly? Or do people not notice you? BTW, average is ugly. Ugly means unattractive.

When people are unnecessarily cruel to you...bullied. Overpassed for promotions. Don't get call backs for jobs or apartments.
When you dont get away with minor mistakes...when no one stands up for you, even if its apparent you're being unfairly accused/targetted

pretty privilege exists. if you're constantly getting rejected in every aspect of your life that's a big indicator.

Life's tough man, it is a disadvantage to be unattractive. But regardless whether you are or you're not, the first key is to not think about that, focus on believing in yourself and others will too.

To me you are not ugly but then again neither am I. But it looks as if I am, more then I realise, I get so often rejected in social life even as friend, that I must be uglier then I realise.

Heck, I'm ugly as hell for "brazilian standards" and I do have a good job, I'm married and had a nice dating life on my 20's.
I do think if you push too hard into your own looks things can go worse, because you stop to have faith in yourself.
