Nigga if that is a recent pic you gained weight and you look chubby now, chubby face. Keep doing burpees. I also gained in the past 4 months so much weight, like 10kg or 15 kg by now. I feel like shit and Im so nervous and depressed. I dont do much different then what I did before and I kept losing weight before. I had 160kg came down to 120kg now 133 kg again. I dont eat much more nor move much less and I still regained weight. I feel like big pille of crap and terrible. Im sad and depressed and nervous.

I once got at least 75, for a face photo. But that was when I was young and pretty, and very active and popular. Not sure if that image was deleted in the crash; iirc I was living in Venice at the time, so, 2014, 2015 it would have been.

Yes, I gained almost 30 lbs over quarantine. But now I have a job where I'm on my feet all day . I am also doing intermittent fasting.

mortimer, i understand you’re not feeling well. are you seeing a professional that you can talk about how you’re feeling? maybe a life coach that can work with you and help beat those feelings of defeat. as long as you’re still breathing, you always have a chance to fight for your better life.
