    Luc is ridiculous

I don't know where he has seen S.Italians like that.

You're brazilian, you don't know how italians look like.

    1) I didn't say that southern Italians are mulattos

    2) Some South Italians would have large eyes and a low nose inherited from J2 (a mutation for desert climate) which is the same as that of some Africans.

I just said they look like

Sicilians would probably be perceived as Iberians by Brazilians. They would most certainly be perceived as having more Iberian and less if any at all Native ancestry.

I don’t think Brazilians themselves know how to identify pardo. I made a post on 23andMe and one said I looked pardo lol:

I mean clearly I didn’t know what it meant till this lol:

J2 is an haplogroup, you know what it means ?

It means that it's only a fraction of DNA, and you can't infer phenotype from it. And even with genes, we can totally fail to predict how someone will look like, example : eye genes, companies like 23andme can only give you probabilities.

@Luso: You don't look Pardo, but I think you look Brazilian because Iberian/Portuguese ancestry is the default in White Brazilians.
    And well, you are Portuguese.

Yes, and I’m in the med spectrum and it seems Brazilians like to say the euro “colonizers” were German white or something lol. I talked with Latinus ab this topic a while back and it’s funny to me.

So basically anyone who doesn't look Scandinavian is a 'Pardo'? I don't think this is true.
