Theres no point, because theres no such thing as a Mexican look, In Mexico you could find people resembling from Southeast Asian types to central and even Northern European phenotypes and combination of mixed looks and pseudo as well.

Those phenotypes you mentioned are not common in Mexico. Most common phenotypes is
balanced mestizo,indio,mestizo and harnizo phenotypes.
