That West Pakistan sample is quite strange, is not a South Asian/Indian clear example, it´s a mix of different ethnic minorities of North West Pakistan.

I´ve said it, I didn´t checked most of the references, simply I gathered them from a model that any other did, and I have mantained the label that the original author gave them.

The original model was based for North European people with dozens of references just from North Europe, I take one or two randomly from every region.

The original model did not have any specific Balkan reference because the author did not think it appropriate to add any, but East Mediterranean could fulfill that function.(work as balkan reference) so if you delete East Mediterranean references, maybe these Balkan references I gave you work better.
