Why don’t I get any positive feedback on my photos especially from women like a lot of guys here do?

Richmond’s recent thread has got me thinking, it seems almost all guys average to above average get unsolicited comments about how attractive they are, however I never do. The one time I posted pics of my self on members pics it got a downvote and only 2 likes.

You posted your picture only once dude. I dont even remember it. Maybe if you posted it twice or three times, and more active users have seen it you would get compliments. You always talk about your looks but very rarerly post pics. And once Stearsolina said you are a "Brown Chad" but Im ugly. So you are ahead of me.

I don't know dude I don't pay attention to that shit that is some loser bullshit I'm oblivious to how many 'online women' give me positive feedback or not because in the real world , unlike Mortimer and Richmondbread, I have actually gotten plenty of pussy in my life and it was never from some internet chick because you know what ? Because, for instance, there are literally about 6,500 women within 28 square miles of me.

I'm not sure what you're smoking, but I NEVER get any sincere compliments from anyone regarding my looks . The whole "Germanic build" thing was a joke and cope. No female has ever complimented me here sincerely on how I look, never called me handsome, or anything. Okay, maybe one, but I'm not sure if she was being merciful or what. So don't worry, you're not alone. Women are just shallow and picky.

As Celestia said to me in another thread, but which should be obvious, men outnumber women a lot here. I'd say like 40 to 1 (probably higher) in odds. So naturally, you won't get the attention or reassurance regardless of how good you look. Besides, they all have their own preferences, and are probably not remotely interested in talking ab someone's looks b/c they just don't care. Trust me, the women here don’t just go around on this site like it’s a dating hub, they come on here because it’s enjoyable and the conversations are fun to have. Not everything is looks related.

In terms of the upvote discussion, to me, it isn't a measure of how attractive you are but how "well-liked" you are in the community-- but I suppose one can argue it is a combination of the two.

If you are looking for compliments here you are looking in the wrong place. Why would you need compliments from some anonymous person anyway? I think you must be masochistic to put your picture up here and want some sort of acknowledgement whether it be positive or negative i.e. whether you are attractive? It means nothing at any rate. Surely people have enough self-awareness to know if they are attractive or not? I personally think people are just attention whores and there is a lot on this forum. I'm not a mean person IRL but some of the self promoting on here is cringe-worthy. To post numerous pictures of yourself just shows you are narcissistic.

Just self-obsession and honestly it is not an attractive trait. I'm just a blunt Aussie.

You should know one thing: Woman never compliments MAN, she compliments BOY, plushy and fluffy etc.

Well, I also rarely receive compliments, but when I do, I'm almost 100% sure that it's honest.

If my opinion counts, here's an advice: not the amount of feedbacks/compliments count, but honesty and actually those one/two/three people who think you're handsome. In my most serious relationship, my girlfriend usually complimented me and told me that no matter what others think about me, she loves me just the way I am. And that was the only thing that mattered to me and I could see that she's honest.
