If you think about it human emotions, attachment, empathy, ect has become obsolete in the modern era. These traits were evolved for when we lived in small tribes/communities and everyone was closer to each other and how you treated others really mattered. Today however these things do not matter. In fact these traits slow you down from reaching your full potential and doing the things that you have to do to get where you need.

A psychopath doesn’t have attachment to people and is antisocial(yet very charming at the same time), has no ups and downs in moods, is dopamine driven, power hungry, willing to do anything to gain power, status, resources. This is ideal as fuck for modern society. Normies can’t compete with that.

So if capitalism promotes cut throat behaviour in order for the neo-liberal capitalist class to remove themselves from responsibility they need to promulgate the myth that this 'mental illness' has a biological or brain chemistry imbalance basis so they don't have to spend any money on improving society as a whole so people don't become psychopaths in the first place. Yeah, seems legit no need to be skeptical here it is a legit 'illness' nothing to see here folks just move along be a sheeple don't question authority especially not the managerial psychiatric class.

Not true. Some of the worst crooks I know have high empathy, it something you understand when life comes full circle from struggle to success. So maybe you didn't see the success yet

That is because different rules apply to the rich. Psychiatry is a pseudo-science that exists partly for the reason to control the 'working classes'. A rich man's behaviour may be deemed merely 'eccentric' while a working class man's same behavior would be classified as 'mentally ill'. One of the things that gives me little hope for humanity is just how much normal people actually believe 'mental illness' is a legit objective medical disease rather than a pseudo-scientific social construction.
