    Yeah, this explains why r1b came in through the farmers almost eradicating other y-DNA? My patrilineal line is r1b originates almost exactly 4,500 years ago, so the Anatolian indo-euro farmers must have took over all areas of the peninsula and replaced many hunter-gather populations. Or just intermingled as the farmers from central Europe out numbered the hunter-gathers at some point. Most iberians still have remnants of the western hunter-gather in their gene pools (including me) to this day.

    But I read in another article that hunter-gatherer DNA is one the most inportant autossomal DNA heritage today, it still about 30% in iberians today. I don't know which genes Y chromosome carries. Maybe some masculine traits. I know only SRY promotes testis genesis.

    no it only makes around 10% of their dna in average

    Yeah I get around 11.5-12% of it. Some areas of the peninsula more, some areas less
