if you mean Eastern Hunter Gatherer: any population with high EHG will have pheonotypcial influences . how they exactly looked like we cannot say for sure - by skull shape alone you cant tell really- but they seemed robust.

some people said to me Scythians and Huns have this phenotype
Also I've heard Turanid phenotype evolved from this phenotype (east Cromagnid + Proto Mongoloid)
