My dad went grey in his 20s, so i'm probably going to follow that same route. It doesn't bother me much, I like the idea of looking older

I have acid reflux disease and it can get bad in the mornings and sometimes at night after a heavy meal. I take Tums if it's bad. I sometimes get globus pharyngeus (air bubbles in my throat) at night. Acid reflux gets worse as one approaches middle age. My uncle died of esophageal cancer and my dad says that if he hadn't taken omeprazole daily for the past 20 years (you are technically only supposed to do a 14 day cycle every 4-6 months), he would be dead of esophageal cancer by now. Omeprazole can weaken your bones and isn't good for your kidneys. Cannabis can sometimes give me anxiety attacks and 'death-trips.' I think of geological time and how our lives don't even register on the radar as far as the Universe is concerned. I have gray hair and my stomach is bigger. If one more person on my maternal side croaks (there are only three of us left), I will aggressively step up my quest to find a mate. I might do it sooner, but I have a hard time visualizing myself minding a child for 18 years.
I think not enough people consider their mortality, especially in the US where we sweep death under the rug with euphemisms like "passing away" etc. I just hope I can knock out 1 kid and 1-2 books before I'm out of here. I wonder whether or not my death will be swift and whether I would have the balls to overdose on opiates or take a self-inflicted gun-shot to my left temple supposing I contracted some terminal disease.

Exercising, eating healthy meals, sleeping well. As my mom says you have to learn to be the best version of yourself at any age
Getting stressed over old age, won't stop the process and it will only make you miserable!
