Same here, I miss being full of energy and the spontaneity of life. I often wonder what I did with my free time before kids and wish I had used it better. As beautiful and a blessing motherhood can be, we also lose ourselves and who we are, I have only just recently started feeling myself in 3 years after all the crazy baby hormones have gone and my babies are growing up. I still do feel young though but more mature and confident. Wish I had been like this in my early 20s, I was a hot mess lol.

Im think you are getting old when you can't pull allnighters that easily anymore. I used to party all night then have a soccer game at 2pm, and it was fine. If i do this now, i would probably sleep half of the day or die on the field. 8h of sleep, im good, 7h i start to get grumpy, less i become an animal..
Besides that i don't feel much difference from my 20's, in many ways im better at more or less physical things i still do now than when i was younger, having a better understanding of limits and when to put the effort.

“For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.” Eph. 6:12
Definition of untrustworthy and loose character are those that don't believe in God.

Maybe you just need to visit a decent chiropractor / masseur / whatever they call themselves. I had "bad knees" when I was like 20 years old, I couldn't do any sport for 1 or maybe 2 years. I went to a orthopedic doctor and he said the "cartilage in my knees is damaged / worn away" he prescriped some medicine that was supposed to heal my joints and my cartilage, but it didn't work at all. Then I went to a chiropractor and he said the doc was stupid and that there wasn't any problem with my knee cartilage. I visited him a couple of times and my knees never hurt after that. (He gave me massages but he was offended when I said he was a masseur, he said he was better than a masseur or someting like that.) This masseur guy also told me I need to stretch my legs regularly to preserve joint and cartilage health. So I think there's hope for you.

Speaking about my own experience that could not be same for all the people, there is a long stage of farewell to youth in which we can suffer a lot , but once we assume that we are no longer young and that we will never be young again, you start a new stage of adulthood, which at least for me, I am enjoying more and more.
I feel much more centered (within my usual inner chaos) and much more productive, creative, and much more sure of what I want and do not want (within my traditional indecision and my tendency to doubt).
But of course, the physical appearance is evidently no better than the one I had when I was young.
