In a world where north is up and east is to the right ?

There are geographical regions , and not political regions, by the way.

Russia was in the UN when these regions were approved, and it is already in.

British Isles lie between 50" and 61" N. latitude and considered “Northern”. Russia stretches from 41 Russian “south” to 82”. Moscow is at is at 55”. You can watch Northern lights in Murmansk. Even Belarus is 53” to 57”. So how is it not Political?
