you certainly dont know what Lappid is. Norwegians/Swedes are still closer genetically to Dutch, Germans, Brits etc. than full Lapp. Even if she would be 3-5 % Lapp she would be closer to them.

Well, being metrically Lappid doesn't really have anything do with your genetics, just like your appearance doesn't necessarily have to tell you about your genetics or your ancestral background. It might be hard to recognize certain Lappid traits since many of them have similar 'sinewy' features to Faelids (especially since many Scandinavians are varying Nordid-Lappid/Baltid blends), but they still have different features from Faelids/unreduced CMs; the eye area, the nose, the mouth, the zygomes, the skull shape (usually larger neurocranium in Lappids), the brow ridges etc. Here is what an example of what a pure Faelid from Sweden would look like, Per Morberg:

he is propably closer having a more similar headshape, less normal European eyes than her.
And yes theoretically you can be not genetically Lappid at all, but this only theory- its basically anthrotardism like Alpines are descent from Mongols or Proto_Lappid. Or maybe they did...
By using your method you could classify every non- textbook Baltid Russian as Baltid+ East Med or Armenoid,
Everybody knows Scandinavians differ from other parts of Euope by less Mediterranid, more Cm admix- not by heavy Lappinization of the population. This is only to a very small extend the case
