Pick players in Swedish women's soccer leagues

My previous PCA chart was based on indexes of facial measurements, but this time I tried creating a PCA chart based on the number of shared picks between each pair of users.

The position on the x-axis might reflect the number of shared picks with other users. Edgü, Óttar, me, Love Lives, and Creoda are the users with the lowest number of shared picks with other users, and we're listed in that order on the x-axis. Parça do Neymar is the user with the most shared picks with other users, and he's listed furthest to the right on the x-axis.

The position on the y-axis might partially reflect robusticity or head size. Users with a big head tend to be low on the y-axis, like me, Sandis, Immanenz, Celestia, and Teutone. But then RatCat has one of the smallest head sizes, and he's the highest on the y-axis.

In the image below, everyone's morphs are sorted by their position on the y-axis in the image above. You can see that the first morphs have smaller head size and the last morphs have bigger head size. The last morphs also have darker skin color, but maybe it's coincidental.

The heatmap below was generated by ClustVis based on the number of shared picks (https://biit.cs.ut.ee/clustvis/).

I think the square between me and Edgü has the brightest color, because we have a high number of shared picks even though other users don't have a high number of shared picks with us. Similarly RatCat gets a bright red color with Óttar, because other users have few shared picks with Óttar. Immanenz also gets the brightest red color with me, even though he has more shared picks with Dick, Celestia, and RN97.

I now rated all the players in this thread on a 7-point scale like this:

I then converted my ratings to z-scores, and for each metric, I calculated the average value of the metric z-score of each player multiplied by my rating z-score of the player:

The 8 metrics with the highest absolute value are shown below. A negative score means that I rated players with the trait shown on the right side as more attractive.

I was surprised that I rated players with a short distance between the inner points of the eyebrows as more attractive than players with a long distance between the inner points of the eyebrows. I have thought that I find a wide nasal root to be more attractive than a narrow nasal root, and people with a wider nasal root also tend to have a longer distance between the inner points of the eyebrows. However I have also thought that wide eyebrows are also more attractive than narrow eyebrows, and maybe people with wider eyebrows also tend to have a shorter distance between the inner points of the eyebrows.

Next I took my rating z-scores, and I tried calculating my average rating for each user's top 25 picks:

I was expecting to have the highest rating for the picks by Edgü and Immanenz. In both this thread and the hockey thread, the picks by Sandis have looked similar to the picks by Immanenz, but I wasn't expecting to have such a high rating for Sandis. I have the lowest average rating for users whose top picks have a small and gracile face, like Óttar, Mixedguy17, RatCat, calxpal.

I ve seen ryan gosling in movies, but I don't know if he's gay or not, I only heard he married some mexican, bad for him.
As about justin, I don't like his songs at all, none of them, I only heard about him in news or around some fan-corners, which LL or love/sammy whatever, might be part of.

I really wonder how many shared picks I have. And tell me if you can make a PCA map based on more components, I'd want to make a PCA map too, but for other purposes.

Here's also a heatmap that is based on the z-scores of facial metrics and not on shared picks:

I have a bright red square for nasal index ("Nose width : nose height"), because it's a metric that has a very high value among my picks relative to other users.

Óttar has the darkest blue square for canthal tilt, because his picks have low canthal tilt.

I think the 7 traits that are listed first might be grouped together because Óttar has unusually high values for all of them.

Sandis, Edgü, and Teutone have bright red squares for a few metrics that depend on the distance between the outer points of the eyebrows. It might partially explain why Teutone and Sandis clustered together with me and Edgü.

For measures of lip thickness, Teutone has the highest values and Creoda has the lowest values.

Me, Edgü, and Kyp have the brightest red square for mouth width.

For the metric "Bigonial width : face width" (which Harkonnen calls "bigonial index"), Sandis has the highest value, and RN97 and Dick have the lowest value.

For two measures of how high the glabella is, I have the lowest value and Helen has the highest value ("Glabella to midpoint between eyes : face size" and "Glabella to midpoint between eyes : midpoint between eyes to nose bottom").

I think I would've ranked higher for a metric of raw lip thickness that was not adjusted for face size, but my picks had a large face size. Also stellan would've ranked lower, but her picks had a fairly small face size. I had to calculate each measurement relative to some other measurement, because the Google Cloud Vision API doesn't provide the absolute coordinates of landmarks in millimeters or anything.

In the image below, the morphs with thinnest lip size relative to face size are smiling so that their lips are pressed together, because it makes the lips look thinner. I had to calculate the thickness of the lips relative to some other measurement, and I chose face size. Therefore the morphs with the thinnest lips also have a fairly large face, or maybe their photos are taken at an angle, distance, or focal length that makes the face seem bigger.

This time I tried making morphs of the 4 players with the lowest and highest value for each metric. I sorted the metrics in the order that they are listed in the heatmap in post #87.

Many of the metrics are affected by whether the person in the photo smiles or not, and many are also affected by the angle, distance, or focal length of the camera.

The number in parentheses is the average z-score of the metric among the top 25 picks of the users who voted in this thread.
