From the start of the 90s many former Soviet union residents with partially Jewish heritage migrated to Israel due to the Law of Return, many of which have had only 1 grandparent who was himself partially Jewish, which makes them mostly of Slavic decent rather then Jewish. They make up roughly 1 Million out of the 9 Million of the population.

because she looks like it. I wonder if the eyes would be dark instead of blue. Would she still look jewish? I've seen enough jews with blonde hair blue eyes, but none with this combo: blond hair and really brown eyes.
