It is possible R-CTS1211 in Ukraine is somehow related to Polish settlements there, here is a bit red in Vinnytsia region, while very very low frequency in other territories of this country

Maybe now. It is not so in antiquity, where it appears to be
clearly blatic with at least one iranian example in Panonnia.
Ergo, the term balto-slavic is better also in this case.

All ancient archeological CTS1211 are from baltic states and one scythian from Panonia.
Rest of Z280 is almost paneuropean, from Germany to Ural (where is also iranian btw)
