I said similar, not identical, our is much more melodic and has another rhythm and also more people are in the chorus, and all of them have a role( high notes, low notes, in between notes, imitations of animals...)
I think also the language plays a big role, the srb-cro languages are much more harsh, very little use of vowels, and not so melodic, albanian is the opposite of that

You found one song that has a man who tries to speak a broken English with a hard accent,and now the whole language is magically mena?
You will find that all over the balkan, almost all of your pop/folk singers sing with a mena shaky voice? What is your opinion on that

It's not in every Albanian song.... Nowadays it's mostly mainstream pop or hip-hop, not different than what is produced in the West
But I get what you mean, this is an actual real example of Albanian (Kosovar) type of "MENA-style" (actually influenced by Turkish Arabesk) :
