It isn't. I won't compare types of music but these strong singing Serbian voices are not comparable at all with high pitched Albanian singing voices. That is fact. Voice depends of how body is built and body depends of DNA.

In the sunging on "suvo" (without music) Krajišnici sing louder/stronger than Hercegovci and others who carry that way of singing. It's not big difference but noticeable.

I said similar, not identical, our is much more melodic and has another rhythm and also more people are in the chorus, and all of them have a role( high notes, low notes, in between notes, imitations of animals...)

I think also the language plays a big role, the srb-cro languages are much more harsh, very little use of vowels, and not so melodic, albanian is the opposite of that

You found one song that has a man who tries to speak a broken English with a hard accent, and now the whole language is magically mena?
You will find that all over the balkan, almost all of your pop/folk singers sing with a mena shaky voice? What is your opinion on that

It's about voice pitch not about shaking voice or about language. And I hear that in every Albanian song. If you don't hear that I can't help you. But difference compared with Serbian voices is enormous.

It's not in every Albanian song.... Nowadays it's mostly mainstream pop or hip-hop, not different than what is produced in the West

But I get what you mean, this is an actual real example of Albanian (Kosovar) type of "MENA-style" (actually influenced by Turkish Arabesk) :
We do not drink Coca-Cola three hours before a match
